Short biographical information
She was born on September 08, 1959 in Baku city.
She has studied in 151 schools in 1966-1971.
Cı has studied in the year in the law faculty of the university of Azerbaijan State named after S.M.Kirov in 1976-1981 and she has finished there by honours diploma.
She works in the subject of " Ecological, legal guarding of the atmosphere air " in the on Ph.D. thesis at present.
She is married, there are two child.

Labour activities
Azerbaijan has worked adviser, head in the Ministry of Justice of the SSR in the posts of responsible secretary of the methodical council of the connecting with in 1981-1983 on propaganda of adviser, law.
The USSR has been sent on an assignment of the Academy of Sciences 1986 to the institute of state and law to the post graduate course from 1983.
Head laboratory assistant of the chair of law of labour and family has been till August of 1987 from December of 1986.
She works in the post of head teacher of the chair of law of civil process, labour and ecology at present.
