Short biographical information
He was born on July 31, 1974 in Baku city.
He has studied in the 3th secondary school of Binagadi district in 1981-1991 and gold has finished the same school with medal.
In 1991-1996 and he has finished the same faculty with honours diploma.
From is busy teacher with activities from 1996. He works from in the " Right of civil process, labour and ecology" chair of the law faculty of the Baku State University in the teacher post from 2000.
He is married, there are two child.
