Short biographical information

He was born in the Yanıxlı village of the Tovuz district on October 21, 1968.

Yanıxlı has studied in the village secondary school in 1975-1985.

25 of October 1986 has worked catastrophe metalworker on restoration work with/by in the becquerel from the on November 20, 1985 after finishing the secondary school.

10 of November 1986 6 of December 1988  has served in the rows of Soviet Army from the year.

5 of January 1989 cu 6 of November 1993 year with pump where has worked in the post of machinist, metalworker, operator device and head of the pumping station in the BSKİ from the year and 22 of November has worked the Azerbaijan Republic in the guarding office of the religion in the post of legal consultant from the on November 10, 1993.

In 1989 and he has finished the same faculty on jurisprudence speciality in 1994.

He has worked of the Baku State University in the posts of teacher, assistant professor of teacher of the chair of law of civil process, labour and ecology, head from the on November 22, 1996. He works strives in the post duty of professor substitute for of the same chair at present.

He is the editor of the magazine of named scientific articles till the present situation from 2002. He carries out activity of the law faculty of the scientific secretary of the council of problem on jurisprudence created under the council of forming and at the same time connecting  of the scientific investigations of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Baku State University as member of the scientific council of chairman of the methodical council of educational and faculty.
