1963 – was born in 25th of May in Agdam region, Qaradagli village
1980 - finished secondary school of No 53 in Baku
1981 -1983 - was in army and served in Russia’s Kirov region Kirovo-Chepetsk city
1985 -1991 - was educated in Baku State University; at Law department evening section
1992 -1996 – received post-graduate education in Ministry of Justice’s Scientific-
Researcher Court Expertise, Criminalistics and Criminological Problems Institute (presently Center of Court Expertise)
1998 – Ph.D in Law
Married, have two children
