SHORTLY ABOUT ITSELF
Bayramov Rzagulu Ahmad was born on the 3rd of August in 1953 in the village of Agtahla in Gardabani region in Georgian Republic.
During 1960-1970 he studied at secondary school in Gardabani.

FORMATION And SCIENTIFIC DEGREES
After finishing the school he worked as a card index keeper at "Georgian agricultural technics" trade-goods-transportation base.
During 1971-1976 he got education at the full time faculty of Law at Azerbaijani State University.

LABOUR ACTIVITY
In 1976 he was a part time teacher at Civil Rights chair of ASU, and a full time teacher at that chair with the agreement in 1977.
During 1980-1983 he entered post graduate course of Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov for his purpose.
In 1983 he defended the thesis of candidature on the subject of "Rights and Duties of the family members in the relationships of flat rights" at Moscow State University.
During 1982-1983 he participated and gave lectures at the theoretical conferences of the post graduate students of Law faculty of Government and Law Institute of the SSR Academy of Sciences and Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov.
In 1984 he was appointed a teacher of the "Civil rights" chair of Law faculty of the University.
On February in 1985 as a winner of the competition he became a senior teacher and in 1990 a senior lecturer of that chair.
He was honored with the title of senior lecturer with the decision of Supreme Attestation Commission of Azerbaijani Republic held on the 21st of November in 1992.
Now he is a senior lecturer of faculty of Baku State University.

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS
In 1999 he participated in the scientific conference on the occasion of 80 years anniversary of Baku State University and his theses were published in the conference materials.

THE LIST OF SOME SCIENTIFIC WORKS
He has got more than 30 works about civil rights.

PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS, SYMPOSIUMS AND KONFERENCES
His thesis was published in the scientific-practical conference materials held in Makhachkala city of Dagestan Republic of Russian Federation in 2002.
