Criminality and Legal Expertise

In 1948 on faculty of criminal law of faculty of jurisprudence the subject of criminalistics was taught. Teaching a subject has begun with 1950 on faculty of criminalistics " Criminal trial and criminalistics ". In 1979 the given faculty, having separated from faculty " Criminal trial " became independent faculty and the Criminalistics and judicial examination " has received the name ". Members of faculty accept active participation at discussions of projects under acts prepared from Milli Medzlis the Azerbaijan Republic. Professor K.G.Sarydzhalinskaya is a member of Scientific and advisory Advice of the Supreme Court of Republic, professor K.N.Salimov is a member of Scientific and advisory Advice of the Supreme Court of Republic and a member of Scientifically-methodical Advice of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Republic. On faculty research works are widely conducted and applied during teaching process. Results of works are discussed at scientifically-practical conferences and most important of them are printed as textbooks and manuals. Results of research works are dispatched in various structures of republic and the foreign countries.
