Short biographical information

He was born in the Lankaran city of the Azerbaijan Republic on the 21 of January, 1976.

Lankaran city where/which has gone to the first class of the 4th middle school of general education in 1982,

City has finished the 6th middle school of general education in 1992.

He has finished the same faculty by honours diploma in 1997.
