Department of Civil law

One of leading deparment of law faculty is the department of civil law. It has been funcsion since 1928.
Over 30 years over faculty supervised Dr.l.s.; prof. Asadov A.I. with 1990 for 2003 managing faculty was c.l.s.; prof. Mekhdiev Y.А. Since 2007 by managing faculty it is appointed c.l.s.; senior lecturer. Dunyamalyeva R.S.

For period the activity the faculty carries out activity in two directions:
1. Educational activity
2. Research activity
