9. Bases of the Muslim right.
10. The Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and international law.
11. The Offence and the legal responsibility.
12. Problems of history of political and legal doctrines.
13. The State and the right of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
14. Division of authorities.
15. The Constitutional development of the Azerbaijan Republic.
16. Problems of realization of the right.

Employees of faculty had been prepared and published curriculums and methodical instructions on all set forth above disciplines in the Azerbaijan and Russian languages. Especially it is necessary to note the collection of programs covering all spectrum of subjects teaching magistres in 1998-2008.
Feature of the Higher schools consists in performance of two sacred and interconnected functions by them: to impart knowledge to students and to spend scientific researches. Both these functions are interdependent and inseparable. Without carrying out of researches of knowledge become scanty, and without spread of knowledge in a science stagnation is observed. The higher school it simultaneously both the center of training and the center of a science. It is possible to tell, that a science the necessary base of training. Therefore in the Higher schools alongside with formation and training are spent deep and basic researches.
