Was born in 1966 in Nokhudlu village of Salyan district of Azerbaijan Republic

1973-1983 studied in Nokhudlu village high school of Salyan district

Married, have 3 children

1988-1993 successfully graduated of the Faculty of Law of Baku State University

1994-1999 was a graduate student of Criminal Process Department of the Baku State University

1993-1994 worked in Criminal Process Department of the Baku State University as laboratory assistant

Since 1994 works as the lecturer of Criminal Process Department of the Baku State University

Since 2004 works in the capacity of assistant of dean of Law Department of the Baku State University
