She was born in 15 th of July in 1954 in the village of Makhsudlu in Lachin region
During 1962-1972 she studied at secondary school of number 20 in Baku
During 1973-1979 she owned education at Law department of Azerbaijani State University(presently Baku State University)
She has been working in BSU since 1977
Married, have two children

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED
1979 - Graduated from Law department of Baku State University.
1992 - Defended thesis for candidate’s degree on the subject of «As an element of criminal characteristics during a crime» at Tomsk State University named after V.V.Kuybishev.

COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Since 1977 she worked as a research assistant in “Criminal Law” department of Baku State University,
During 1979-1980 worked as an assistant in “Criminal trial and criminal law” department
During 1980-1984 worked as an assistant in «Criminal law» department
During 1984-1994 worked as a senior lecturer in «Criminal Law» department
During 1994-2001 worked as an Associate professor in «Criminal Law» department
Since 2001 worked as a dean deputy according to correspondence department in Law Faculty
