She was born in Baku city in 1961.

In 1967 and gold has finished the same school with/by medal in 1977.

In 1977 and she has finished there with honours diploma in 1982.

Head works of the right faculty of the Baku State University in the chair of law of civil process, labour and ecology in the teacher post from 1982 up to now.
