PERSONAL DATA
1963, on July, 22 - was born in Guba.
1970-1978 - studied in high school №1 village II Nugadi in the vicinity of Guba.
1978-1982 - it was trained in the Baku According to plan-registration technical school.
1982-1984 - served in military parts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nizhniy Novgorod area of the Russian Federation.
1984-1986 - worked in the various industrial enterprises.
1986-1991, 1991-1993 - training in a faculty of law of the Voronezh State University of the Russian Federation and faculty of law of the BSU.
1990-1992 - worked in a post of the legal adviser all over again in housing co-operative "Alternative", and then in the trade-union organization of workers of agrarian-industrial complex.
1992-1997, 1997-2003 - worked in various posts in the Ministry of Justice (all over again in full staff, and with 1997 - 0,5 staff).
1996-on present time - works in BSU.
Married, has 3 children.

1992 - 2003, the methodologist on study, the senior methodologist, the teacher, managing a training-methodical department, the senior teacher, acting as the managing faculty, the Training-Legal Center of the Ministry of Justice.
1990-1991, the legal adviser, housing co-operative "Alternative".
1991-1992, the legal adviser, trade-union committee of workers of the agrarian-industrial complex.
Teaches disciplines: «History of state and law of Azerbaijan» (for bachelors), «The states and laws of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic» и «The constitutional development of Azerbaijan» (magistracy). The author of one textbook, one manual (in the co-authorship), two monographies and 41 scientific articles.
