Was born on October, 3rd, 1948 In settlement of Dzhebrail of Azerbaijan.
1955-1966, the pupil of high school of settlement Dzhebrail of area Dzhebrail.
1969-1975, the student of faculty of law BSU.
1971-on an ice crust. Time works in BSU.
Family, has three children.
