He went to school number 263, in Khatai region Baku, in 1981.
He entered into Baku state University, Law Faculty in 1998.
From 2002 he started to continue his study in Baku State University, Law Faculty as a Master.
He started his job activity in AzSpetsPromInvest a lawyer (2202-2007).
He continued his job activity as a lawyer in Azerbaijan Methanol Company during the 2007-2008.
Starting from 2005 year, he is a lecturer Baku State University, Law Faculty
Currently he is a PhD Student
