She was born on December 1, 1958 in the Aghstafa city.
Baku city has studied Azerbaijan in the Railway under in the English tendentious N1 secondary school in 1966-1976.
Laboratory assistant has worked in N4 ferro-concrete plants in 1976-1978.
She has studied in the law faculty of the Baku State University in 1978-1983.
The Azerbaijan Republic on fixing has worked head of the Ministry of Justice till 1988 in the office of registration of acts of situation of Notariat and citizenship in the adviser post after finishing the university by honours diploma.
Finance right of the university (Baku State University now) of Azerbaijan State the post graduate student on the speciality which has been in 1988-1991 at 12.00.02 and she has begun activities as teacher of the chair of right of civil process, labour and ecology from 1991. She works in the post of assistant professor of the same chair at present.
Moscow state which has defended Ph.D. thesis in the subject theme in the right academy at 12.00.14 and The Russian Federation has received candidate of law sciences learning scientific degree on July 19, 2002 dated decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission according to near Ministry of Education.
Married, there are three child.
