In 1957 on the 7th of June was born in Baku.
In 1964-1975 studied at school.
From 1976 to 1978 serve in Sovet Union militaries
From 1978 to1983 studied at the law faculty of BSU.(full-time instruction)
From 1988 works at BSU.
Married, has 2 childrens.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED
Higher education. Candidate of science from 1990 year. Subject of thesis is “Efficient of criminal-law acts influence for means of transportation lifting”.

Resieve the academic rank of reader in 1990 year. Rostrum of state and law theory. Law faculty, Baku city.
Senior teacher in 1988-1994 years.
Reader of rostrum in 1994-1999 years.
Reader of BSU from 1999 year.
Teached subjects: State and law history of foreign countries, Modern law history, The history and methodology of law science. The author of 14 science articles and co-author of 3 textbooks.
