He was born in 1971, Armenian Republic, Vardenis.
He studied during 1978-1988 in Qizilkand ,Vardenis, and graduated with Honorary Diploma
During the 1989-1990 he studied in preparation course and from 1990 until 1995 studied in Baku State University.
He is an employer of Baku State University from 1995.
Married, has three children.
