On these problems the faculty publishs scientific collections .в 1986 " Actual problems of property attitudes " and to 1989 " Pressing questions civil, labour, agricultural and civil processual the rights during the modern period ". Except for it employees of faculty publish 2 monographies, 6 manuals and over 600 scientific articles.
Among scientific achievements of faculty of civil law especially it is necessary to note publication " Civil law Azerbaijan SSR during construction of socialism ", and also " the Theory of proofs in civil process ". The results reached in these areas, have found the reflection in separate monographies. 1 in these monographies the theory of proofs, and also set of legal problems are investigated development of civil law Azerbaijan SSR.
Except for it in separate years members of faculty investigate problems of the housing right, the property right, the copyright, on these themes are published set of scientific articles.
Under the initiative of faculty of civil law and with the consent of prof. E.A.Sukhanova on the Azerbaijan language has been translated the textbook of civil law the/general past/under edition prof. E.A.Sukhanova published in publishing house BEK in 1994 In 1999 Publishing house "Ganun" has published in the Azerbaijan language of 1000 copies of the named textbook.Editor prof. Mekhtieva Y.A. and senior teacher Askerova I.G.
In 1998 Senior lecturer Veliev I.A. has published in publishing house " Huquq Edebiyyati " the manual "The basic forms of the mortgage in historical development and problems of the mortgage of the real estate in modern conditions".
№ 44 from 22.12.2001 of Sector " the State and the right " Scientifically-methodical Advice of the Ministry of Education ар is approved and published by the order in 2002 the manual: Askerov I.K., Kermiova S. cilvil the legislation.
