The edition of scientific works of employees of faculty abroad testifies to their high professional level. Employees of faculty were repeatedly invited in groups of authors of the Moscow State University and the Academy of sciences of the USSR, for preparation of textbooks and multivolume monographies, the some people have published the manuals and scientific articles in the Russian cities of Moscow and Makhachkala, and Germany. prof. M.F.Melikova is the author of some sections of multivolume monographic researches of the USSR published by the Academy of sciences of " History of political and legal doctrines " (the first volume " the Ancient world " (1985), the second volume " Middle Ages and Renaissance " (1986), and the third volume covering XVII-XVIII centuries). Participated in work above a number of textbooks published in Moscow on History of political legal doctrines (1965,1971, 1991). prof. M.F.Melikova continues cooperation with scientists from Moscow and other countries. Is a member of editorial advice of magazines published in Moscow " the History of the state and the right " and joint Azerbaijan-Russian " the International and comparative right ". Simultaneously is the editor of a series of sociopolitical sciences of " the Bulletin of the Baku University ", a member of publishing advice of edition of a department of social studies НАН of Azerbaijan, a member of an editorial board of magazine " the Lawful state and the law ", etc.
The teacher of faculty KH.D. Ismailov has published the monography " the Organization and activity of judicial bodies of Azerbaijan in XIX century " in Moscow (in Russian in 2003), the scientific article " About some questions of application of institute of judicial assessors in second half XIX beginning of XX centuries in Azerbaijan " in the book " the Theory and practice - prospects and problems on a threshold of a new century " in Makhachkala (in Russian, 2001). The Scientific article of the teacher of faculty E.T. Gadirova " interpretation of 9-th clause " it has been published in the book " Comments to the Roman Statute of the International Criminal Court " (in English, Freiburg, Planck's Institute Maksa, Germany, 1999). The faculty not only has not lost the international communications, but also continues their development.
Realizing necessity of education of young generation for patriotic spirit, necessity of formation national it is state-legal ideology faculty, being based on the lead researches and the received data, the History of the state and the right of Azerbaijan " and " the Muslim right " in the curriculum of the juridical education in republic initiated inclusion of such subjects as " History of political and legal doctrines of Azerbaijan ".
