He was born in the Milabad settlement of the Beylagan district in 1960.
In 1982 and he has finished there on speciality of " Lawyer " in 1988.
Service has passed through of 1981 till 6 of June in the rows of Soviet Army from April 20, 1979.
Baku city has worked Azizbayov district of 1989 till 20 of the February in the District People's Court in the posts of head of kuryer, clerk and office from July 11, 1988.
From the February 21, 1989, methodologist, teacher, head has worked in the posts of deputy of teacher, assistant professor, dean.
He has entered of the name to the post graduate course of the chair of right of civil process, labour and ecology without separating from the production in 1991.
To decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic according to in 1995, but professor of the chair have been elected from December of 2004.
He leads to the chair of right of civil process, labour and ecology from the February 18, 2002 up to this day.
Professor A.M.Qasımov is member of the editorial office staff of the bulletin of the higher law-court of the Azerbaijan Republic of the journals of law, state and right, right and youth the Azerbaijan Republic Methodic and Scientific Council of Ministry of Education secretary of the divide of state and right member of the council of connecting with right problems under the member of the council of scientific advice, National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan near higher law-court of the Azerbaijan Republic.
