She was born in Baku city on 01.10.1956.
She has studied in 126 schools in 1963-1973.
She has studied in the library science faculty of the university of Azerbaijan State named after S.M.Kirov in 1978-1984.
She has studied in the law faculty of the university of Azerbaijan State named after S.M.Kirov in 1988-1993.
Head laboratory assistant of the chair of law of civil process, labour and ecology 2004 where has been from 1976, she works in the post of teacher of the chair of law of civil process, labour and ecology at present.
Ph.D. theses work in the subject of legal guarding of the waters at present.
