The activity of lawyer in Russia and Azerbaijan more than 20 years (head lawyer in offices, institutions and Azerbaijan-America Joint Institutions), acting scientific worker in Moscow Law Institute.
Member of College of Advocates of Azerbaijan Republic and International Association of Lawyers.
Theacher in faculty of Law and department of Civil Law of BSU since 2003.

RESEARCH FIELD
Theoretical problems of property rights as one of the economical basis of Constitutional structure of Azerbaijan Republic.
