1984, graduated from Law faculty of the Baku State University (ASU).
2004, has got scientific degree on candidate of law, dissertation topic: «Classification of crimes in criminal law of the Azerbaijan Republic: problems and solutions».
2006, the topic for the scientific degree on doctor of law was approved: «The role and importance of categories of crimes in the differentiation of responsibility and the construction of sanctions». Supervisor: prof. F.Y.Samandarov.
2013, BSU. Pre-doctoral defense at the joint meeting of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Department of Criminal Procedure and the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic examination.
COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
2001-2008, BSU, the Faculty of International Relations and International Law. The lecture of chair of the International public law (subjects: «The International public law», «The International criminal law», «Comparative jurisprudence»).
2004 – up to now, BSU, Law faculty. Senior Lecturer, the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology (subjects: «Criminal law. Special part», «Crimes against the person (legal clinic)», «Theoretical problems of punishment in criminal law», «Theory and practice of transnational criminal law», «Problems of criminal responsibility for transnational crimes»).
