Was born on May, 7th, 1951 in area of Agdam Azerbaijan SSR

1968 for 1973 the student of internal branch of faculty of law BSU
With 1974 for 1978 the internal post-graduate student of Institute of the State and Right АН ССР Moscow
With 1978 on present time the teacher, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer of faculty of criminal law and crimalogy of BSU
Family, has two children.
