SHORTLY ABOUT HIMSELF
Veliev Ibragim Ali was born on July, 1st, 1948, in area Ashdarak, village the Armenian Republic. Its family was deportation in village Atakishili of area Kyurdamir of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Per 1954-1965 has received formation Atakishili to seven-year school and high school № 1 cities Kyurdamir.
Per 1967-1972 the lieutenant served in numbers Soviet to Army with a rank, and the senior lieutenant is dismissed from army with a rank.
Since 1974 on present time works faculty of law BSU in faculty " Civil law " as the teacher.
In 1999 in Dashkend Legal Institute has defended the dissertation on a theme " the Basic forms of the mortgage in historical development and problems of the mortgage of the real estate in modern conditions ", the candidate of jurisprudence (the doctor of philosophy) has received a scientific degree.
Per 1992-1993 worked as chairman State Customs Committee.
