20.08.1970 was born in the Azizbekovs Armenia SSR.
1977-1987 attented secondary school
In 1988-1993 has received formation in Nakhchivan’s the State University of a name of I.G.Mamedalieva, in faculty natural study - the mathematician, in internal branch.
In 1995-2000 has received formation in Moskovsk Humanitarian Economic University in the Faculty of law of internal branch.
Since 2001 works at the Baku State University. It is married, has 3 children.
