1980-1982 worked as a worker at the state farm in Shafak village
1982-1984 passed military service at Soviet Army in Zabaykalye military district
1984-1988 worked as a worker at the state farm in Shafak village
1988 deported from Armenian SSR

1989-1995 - graduated from the Department of Law, Baku State University
Since 2004 – working on Candidate’s Thesis entitled “Constitutional and legal regulations of direct democracy in the Republic of Azerbaijan”
